About the Role
Exciting opportunities exist for Employee Relations Specialists and Principals to join our growing team, based in either Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth.
These roles play a crucial part in providing expert advice to leaders and affected employees on a variety of employment related matters - specifically compliance and assurance related projects.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides employee relations subject matter expertise and senior leadership to the compliance and assurance work
- Understands employment-based legislation and provides best practice, informed advice to resolve employment related issues
- Understands the interaction of industry awards and agreements with HR systems and our compliance obligations
- Identify future areas of risk and provides input on mitigation strategies
- Manages a high volume of individual complex queries and disputes
- Applies practical solutions to complex employee relations matters, through partnership across multiple functions within the business
- Leads interactions with a variety of stakeholders including leaders, employees, unions
- Applies an understanding of business context to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance.
- Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.
- Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
Positions are available on a full-time and permanent basis.

About You
You are a proactive professional who is aligned to growing a collaborative and supportive team culture. You are passionate and driven an have experience in handling high volumes of work.
You will be a natural problem solver and can exercise flexibility in your approach while being able to deliver on multiple priorities.
Previous experience in contributing to a team environment and working collaboratively is essential.
Qualifications in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business Management will be highly regarded.
