About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, this role is accountable for optimising the value of Tarrawonga’s open cut coal resource.
What You’ll Do
- Insert Develop and communicate the daily, weekly CHPP feed plans to deliver on coal commitments
- Ensure timely quality and quantity of coal is delivered to the CHPP
- Ensure best practice coal recovery plans are produced to maximise yield and coal recovery
- Develop and maintain effective ROM stockpile and traffic management plans
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in mining engineering or geology or a related discipline
- Five years of mining experience in a open cut coal mine (desirable)
- Experience with Vulcan and/or Spry software
- Desirable experience in a coal quality and logistics role with pit to port planning
