Job Tasks and Responsibilities

What We’re looking For

In this exciting period of growth, several opportunities exist at Moolarben Coal Operations to join our Underground team as an entry level Mineworker. Working with a dynamic team, you will be responsible to operate a variety of underground mining equipment safely and efficiently.

Based on site at Moolarben Coal Operations and reporting to the Shift Area Leader (Undermanager), you will be required to:

• Bring innovative, unique ideas aimed at continuous improvement.
• Make a conscious effort to act in the best interests of the business.

Skills and Experience

Our Criteria

• Rights to work in Australia
• Previous experience in a labour intensive, physical role i.e., farming, trades, labourer (preferable)
• Working at Heights and First Aid preferrable (not essential)
• National Police clearance (valid within 6 months)
• A professional work ethic and the ability to strive for continuous improvement.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Current Driver’s License
