Due to our ongoing growth, Macmahon are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced people to join the team at the "King of the Hills” (KOTH) mine located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia 28km north of Leonora. Macmahon have secured a 5-year Surface and Underground mining contract with RED 5 ltd, the mine will have annual production above 200kozpa, KOTH is Australia’s next major Gold Mine which will feature State-of-the-Art Technology 85% new plant and brand-new camp facilities.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for an experienced, dynamic HSEQT Administrator to provide high level support on an 8:6 Roster to the Project with responsibilities not limited to:
•    Ensure all HSEQT policies and procedures are followed and a proactive approach to HSEQT is maintained.
•    Enter hazards into InControl® for Surface and Underground divisions.
•    Enter training records into Chris21 for the Surface and Underground divisions.
•    Upload training records to Success Factors and Corporate Drives.
•    Compile summary reports for various HSEQT information.
•    Preparation of reports, papers, presentation material and information as required.
•    Prepare agendas, gather information and generate reports in preparation for meetings.
•    Provide general administrative support to the HSEQT team.
•    Planning and organisation of travel, meetings and general organisation of the Group HSEQT team.
•    Assist with the preparation of presentations and support papers as required.
•    Set up profiles in InControl® and provide support to users where necessary.
•    Preparation of training material, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) forecast meetings and scheduling.
•    Assist with the coordination of internal and external conferences and training as required.


To be successful you will have the following skills and experience
•    Demonstrated experience in HSEQT/Mining Administration or similar.
•    Proven time management skills with a high attention to detail.
•    Strong knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite.
•    The ability to be flexible and adaptive.
•    Able to self-manage and work independently.
