We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated and experienced EOS Operations Manager to support the General Manager in Business Improvement.
Project manages, installs and provides ongoing operations support for all live devices including utmost and client health. Developing recommendations provided by Emeco and ensuring success, reporting to clients based on aggregated data.

Key responsibilities include:
- Strong focus on the design and implementation of new projects: EOS and UTMOST.
- Ordering of required infrastructure, hardware and the provision of hardware.
- Coordination of the labor and installation schedule.
- Responding to quote requests.
- Submitting CAPEX requirements (i.e., forms / documents).
- Ensure client engagement and continuous communication – providing updates as required.
- Provide monthly reports and data sharing / support for both internal and external personnel of the business.
- Responsible for managing costs of all projects and ensuring it is in line with budget requirements.
- Ensuring commissioning of all relevant projects.
- Conduct project reviews to determine what worked well, and where improvements can be made.
- Provide support to activities in order to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide reports on EOS profit and loss.
- Travel to sites as required.
- Responding to quote requests
Required skills/experience and attributes:
- A ‘Can Do’ Attitude
- Able to demonstrate knowledge regarding what drives equipment productivity in the mining environment (preferably open cut).
- Experienced in planning and executing maintenance events to diesel assets (i.e., short term planners).
- Knowledge of what drives equipment productivity in the mining environment (desirable).
- Able to exert and demonstrate basic to intermediate level of technological expertise.
- Strong understanding regarding the importance of measuring and reporting on equipment and the productivity from the equipment for the client.
- High level organisational and project planning skills to ensure projects are implemented in the agreed timeframe.
- Effective and consistent communication skills across multiple layers of both internal and external stakeholders during the implementation of new projects.
- Previous experience with management of people and project management (preferred).
- Ability to forecast potential bottle necks during a project and adapt project plans accordingly, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
