About the Role
BHP NiW is currently seeking passionate maintenance tradespeople looking to join our team to take ownership of the latest model Liebherr excavators.
Having the right people working within our organisation focusing on our maintenance will allow us to unlock the value of our assets by ensuring that we have reliable equipment, predictable operations and a safe work environment for our people.

About You
You will believe in the value that quality maintenance can bring to an organisation,
Your expertise in problem solving & diagnostics, coupled with your ability to communicate and build strong team relationships will make you an ideal candidate. Your focus on continuous improvement along with your ability to coach and mentor will be highly regarded. Ideally you will meet the following requirements;
- Australian Recognised Diesel Mechanic trade certificate or equivalent
- Experience maintaining Hydraulic Excavators
- Experience Maintaining Liebherr Shovel/Excavator is highly advantageous
- A commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail and procedure
- The ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- A strong desire to learn and a high level of enthusiasm to develop a range of new skills
- A teamwork mentality to achieve results
- Hold a full class C drivers licence.
