About the Role

We currently have a key opportunity for an experienced Executive Administrator to join a fast-paced environment in our Brisbane Team reporting to the Vice President of Operations Services (OS). 

Your key deliverables include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with the Vice President to set meeting agendas, document actions, diary management and draft organisational announcements;
  • Compiling, consolidating and distributing weekly reports and pre-reads for weekly/monthly routines;
  • General administrative tasks such as prepare monthly expense claims and  document management;
  • Supporting the OS Leadership Team with the delivery of team events and leadership activities.

About You

We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated and have business knowledge. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience with excellent data entry and analytical skills;
  • Ability to build strong and genuine relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels;
  • Exceptionally organised and proactive in your approach to work, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of complex tasks;
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to understand complexity and a track record of providing quality information to senior management;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within tight timeframes;
  • Project and/or mining industry experience highly valued.
