Executive Assistant – Group Manager, Procurement & Logistics
Work Location: Fortescue Centre. Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday - Friday
To be successful in this role, you must be a self-motivated, energetic, adaptable and resilient professional with an open-minded, positive and flexible outlook.
Your excellent written and verbal communication will see your success in liaising with external and internal stakeholders at different levels in the organization.
You will be highly organised, able to work independently and proactive in your problem solving and multi-tasking, and passionate about growing the company globally.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Fully supporting the Group Manager Procurement & Logistics and providing support to the wider team.
- Using your strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage complex calendar, diary, and email management.
- Preparing and revising documents including letters, reports, meeting minutes and presentations, including prompt follow up after meetings.
- Planning, organising and coordinating events, meetings and schedules, including detailed travel logistics planning.
- Coordination of key projects and initiatives as agreed with leadership.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Previous experience in a similar executive level support position and/or project coordination within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a personable yet professional approach.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with highly confidential matters.
- Tertiary education.
