Executive Assistant - Group Risk and Assurance - 12 month fixed term contract

Work Location: Fortescue Centre. Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

Roster: Monday - Friday

To be successful in this role, you must be a diplomatic and resilient seasoned Executive Assistant with a mature, positive and flexible outlook.

Your excellent written and verbal communication will see your success in liaising with key government, community, industry and philanthropic leaders.

You will be highly organised and proactive in your problem solving and multi-tasking, and passionate about growing the company globally.

 Key accountabilities will include:

  • Fully supporting the Group Manager Risk & Assurance and providing support to the wider team
  • Using your strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage complex calendar, diary, and email management
  • Preparing and revising documents including letters, reports, meeting minutes and presentations, including prompt follow up after meetings
  • Planning, organising and coordinating events, meetings and schedules, including detailed travel logistics planning

  Qualifications and skills required:

  • At least 10-years of experience in a similar executive level support position within a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a personable yet professional approach
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with highly confidential matters
  • Ability to work outside of core office hours as required
