Cadia Valley Operations is in Central Western New South Wales, approximately 25 kms outside the vibrant regional township of Orange and a convenient three hours from the capital city of Sydney. Employees reside in varied accommodation options in and around the district of Orange with the surrounding area’s occupied by wineries, stone fruit orchards, farming and national parks.

Who we’re looking for:
Reporting to the Supply Technical Team Supervisor, you will support all operational and maintenance departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials on site.
In this position, you'll engage extensively with both internal and external stakeholders to expedite the procurement-to-delivery process, whilst cultivating and establishing new relationships.
Other responsibilities include:
Technical
- To provide Supply and Logistics support to Operational and Maintenance departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials required to satisfy the site’s planned maintenance.
- To collaborate with many teams to speed up the process between Procurement and Delivery
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on strategic goals.
- Proactively monitor and track the status of outstanding and overdue orders, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Work alongside the onsite departments to ensure timely receipt of orders.
- Work alongside Procure to Pay team to ensure timely processing of orders and invoices.
- Participate in all key stakeholder meetings for respective areas.
- Ensure process deadlines are achieved within a fast-paced environment.
- Evaluate existing processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Safety
- Actively participate in safety meetings and communication days.
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Safe Work Instructions/Procedures as per site and department standards.
- Ensure all critical controls are in place before conducting any high-risk task and conduct PTHAs prior to conducting any task.
- Maintain safety standards to a level that ensures yourself and colleagues are hazard free and work in a healthy environment.
- Report all hazards, incidents, and non-compliance.
You will also possess the following:
- SAP experience.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
- Supply Chain experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Excel.
- Problem solving skills.
- Previous warehousing experience.
- Mining experience – Desirable.
- Be a team player.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer and technical capabilities.
