The Operational Projects team is currently seeking expressions of interest for Project Delivery professionals to join our diverse and supportive team.
We have a variety of rosters available and flexible work practices to support part-time work and career re-entry.
You will be part of a team that manages a range of multi-disciplined projects key to our ongoing sustaining capital works of various sizes and complexity across our port, rail and mining operations, including exposure to an upcoming range of exciting decarbonisation related projects on our journey to real zero by 2030.
There are opportunities both onsite and in Perth such as,
- Project Management (Perth based)
- Studies (Perth based)
- Site management – Superintendents, Supervisors and Engineering support (site based)
- Project Controls – Project Planning, Cost Control and materials purchasing (Perth based)
- Operational Readiness – (Perth based)
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to required standards, including scopes, schedules, budgets and the like.
- Meeting regularly with project team and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Preparing status reports and attending regular project and stakeholder engagement meetings.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in project delivery
- Ability to lead and or be part of project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
