Work Location: Fortescue’s Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.

The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for the planning, organisation, leadership and support of our Fabrication team within Mobile Maintenance. This is a great opportunity for a safety orientated leader that holds a strong skillset within this field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating a strong safety culture and instilling this within your team
- Providing support, mentoring, and coaching to the Mobile Maintenance Fabrication team
- Maintain budget and safety performance whilst ensuring targets are met
- Providing safe, effective, and timely outcomes
- Ensure all team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fabrication Trade qualification essential
- Demonstrated experience within a leadership role in Mobile Maintenance with a proven commitment to safety
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office and SAP highly desirable
- Strong understanding of both production and maintenance strategies for large scale operations
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
