About the role
We are seeking an experienced Facilitator Training Delivery to join our expanding team as we take on the next phase of growth in support of our Coastal businesses. If you are passionate about offering our new employees and amazing onboarding experience then we would love to speak to you. In this role you will be delivering quality Employee/Cat 1 induction programs and internally facilitated offerings across multiple sites
Reporting to the Supervisor Central Services, your remit will include but not be limited to:
- Planning, coordinating, and facilitating site inductions and other internal offerings for Rio Tinto Iron Ore.
- Group facilitation of induction program / Face to face and via online delivery
- Maintain quality and currency of delivery materials
- Continuous improvement of induction and delivery offering and associated enabling projects
- Maintain learning and course record attendance data
- Management of training vendors on site
To be successfully considered for this role you will have:
- Experience in presenting, facilitating, coaching and developing people
- Developed communication skills across a wide range of audiences and stakeholders
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience is essential
- Experience in the application of adult learning principles and
- Expert level experience including the use of online technology and platforms (MS Teams and SAP)
- Cert IV in Training and Assessing – or willing to attain on the job is desirable
This role is based in Dampier on a 5/2 residential roster, with housing options av with some travel required to support regionally close businesses and adhoc Perth travel for ongoing support and development.
