About the Role

Reporting to the Supervisor Facilities Maintenance, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilities Maintenance administration duties.
  • Manage rosters and flights for the team.
  • Assist with raising and tracking purchase orders.
  • Booking flights and accommodation.
  • Prepare work orders and daily schedules.
  • Entering SAP notifications.
  • Ground handling and airport check in duties.

This role is being offered as a 12-month fixed term contract based at Mt Keith working a 5/2/4/3 FIFO roster.

About You

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:

  • Display Safe work practices and a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and a culture of care
  • Ensure a high quality and efficient standard of work.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
  • Positive can-do attitude with an aptitude for learning.
  • Willing to undertake further training as required.
  • Valid Australian C class driver’s license
  • Experience in a similar position as a Facilities Maintenance Administrator with exposure to SAP is advantageous
