About the Role
Reporting to the Supervisor Facilities Maintenance, you will be responsible for:
- Facilities Maintenance administration duties.
- Manage rosters and flights for the team.
- Assist with raising and tracking purchase orders.
- Booking flights and accommodation.
- Prepare work orders and daily schedules.
- Entering SAP notifications.
- Ground handling and airport check in duties.
This role is being offered as a 12-month fixed term contract based at Mt Keith working a 5/2/4/3 FIFO roster.
About You
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- Display Safe work practices and a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and a culture of care
- Ensure a high quality and efficient standard of work.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Positive can-do attitude with an aptitude for learning.
- Willing to undertake further training as required.
- Valid Australian C class driver’s license
- Experience in a similar position as a Facilities Maintenance Administrator with exposure to SAP is advantageous
