Facilities Team Lead

Work Location: Fortescue Centre & Bennett St - Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

Roster: Monday to Friday

Reporting through to the Office Manager, this new role will oversee the smooth running of the Fortescue Centre building, including maintenance and cleanliness, to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved.  

Key accountabilities will include:

• Management of cleaning contractors
• General maintenance

• Weekly updates to Office Management
• Ensuring all floor levels are clean and facilitate general office clean ups
• Reporting and completing maintenance as required
• On occasion, may be required to work across multiple Perth sites

 Education and Experience:

• Experience is valued over education      
• Experience in similar facility role
• Can do attitude
• High regard to safety
