About the Role:
We are actively recruiting for female Trades Assistants and Maintenance Associates with experience having performed work in a hands on, heavy industry environment. This may include construction, mining, defence, agriculture, aviation etc.

What is a Dynamic Roster?
Simply explained, this is a variable work schedule designed to meet the highs and lows of work demand, typically found in Shutdown work. Rosters are available via a mobile app on the 1st of each month, with details of the following month ahead. Eg: 1st of June, you can access your roster for July.
