About the Position
Force are seeking a proactive Job cost administrator to support our expanding field service function. Working closely with the Field Service Coordinator you will provide critical support to the function in the following duties that include but are not limited to;
- Raise and receipt purchase requisitions
- Invoicing within 14 days of job completion
- Job register management
- Open and close jobs
- Quote creation for internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Job creation
- Timesheets and employee costings
- Data entry & general admin duties as required
About You
- Passionate about providing support to a team.
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in the mobilisation of labour
- Familiar with site access processes
- Extensive Administration skills
- Can do and proactive approach to work.
