Field Service Supervisor

Force Equipment are seeking a proactive Field service supervisor to support our expanding function.  Working closely with the Field Service team you will provide critical support to the function in the following duties that include but are not limited to;

• Producing Quotes and reviewing work orders
• Work force planning
• Asset management and facilitation
• Enabling the collaboration between existing business units
• Internal and external Client management
• Business development
• Assessing the function for potential business improvement initiatives
• Schedule and work order alignment

About You

• Extensive Expereince in the Mining Maintenance space 
• Passionate about providing support to a team
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Experienced in the business development, workforce planning and scheduling
• Familiar with site access processes and trade requirements
• Extensive Administration skills
• Can do and proactive approach to work
