The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Fixed Plant Fitter to join our maintenance department at Tritton Copper Operations. Reporting to the Fixed Plant Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the plant runs safely, productively, and efficiently.

The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Fixed Plant Fitter to join our maintenance department at Tritton Copper Operations. Reporting to the Fixed Plant Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the plant runs safely, productively, and efficiently.
- Work on conveyors, screens, crushing plants, ball mills and pumps.
- Attend to breakdowns & diagnosing faults
- Ensure scheduled maintenance, installations & upgrades are carried out effectively
- Participate in Quarterly and Annual shutdowns
- Relevant Trade qualifications
- A strong commitment to providing a safe working environment.
- Experience with hydraulics & fault finding
- Minimum 2 years experience in fixed plant
- High standard of work quality
- Be self-motivated and have a team orientated approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Current manual drivers licence
- 7/7 roster
- $111,000 to $121,000 base salary dependent on experience/qualifications
- Travel allowances
- 5 Weeks Annual Leave
- Meals & Accommodation provided by the company OR $15,000 Net Residential Allowance to reside locally
- Annual Tool Allowance
- Superannuation contributions of 10.5% paid to your chosen superannuation fund
