About the role:
Reporting to the Fixed Plant Maintenance Superintendent, our Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner has the key responsibility in this role to thoroughly plan maintenance work and then schedule tasks by priority, to enable effective and efficient execution of tasks.
Prepares a clear and easily understood weekly schedule document. Prepares relevant measures for and runs an effective weekly schedule and review meeting. Participates actively in daily meetings. Provides Superintendent with relevant information on deviation from asset life cycle strategy and plan versus budget discrepancies or emerging issues.
About You:
Tritton Copper Operations is a long life copper operation located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales that commenced production in 2005. One hundred percent owned and operated by Aeris Resources, Tritton forms the cornerstone of Aeris copper production.
Tritton comprises an underground mining complex feeding a 1.8 million tonne per annum conventional processing plant. Copper concentrate produced at the operation is railed to the Port of Newcastle for export to customers internationally. The current mine plan for Tritton extends to FY2030.

About You:
- Trade or Engineering qualifications
- Desirable would be Project and Asset management experience
- 2- 5 years’ experience in planning and maintaining similar assets.
- Experienced with use of Pronto for maintenance planning and Microsoft Project also helpful.
- Experience required on Crushing circuits, Conveyors, SAG / Ball mills, pumps, and gearboxes in a hard rock mill environment.
- Experience with Mill shut down planning.
- High standard of work quality
- Must have an Open Drivers License
- 5/2 4/3 roster
- Base Salary plus Super plus Travel allowances
- 5 Weeks Annual Leave
- Meals & Accommodation provided by the company OR $15,000 Net Residential Allowance to reside locally
- Annual Tool Allowance
- Short Term Incentive Program, reviewed quarterly
- 8 Year Mine Life - working direct for the Mine Owner/Operator
