Minara Resources has an opportunity for a skilled Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitter to join our refinery team located at our Murrin Murrin Operations.

The Role
The successful person will become a member of our hardworking and committed team who are responsible for undertaking planned & reactive breakdown maintenance work across our process plant.

About You
This role would suit a driven Mechanical Fitter with previous experience working in a similar hydrometallurgical process plant who is looking for job security and career opportunities. You will also have:

• Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (Essential)
• A current and valid manual Australian Driver’s licence;
• Proven experience with centrifugal and positive displacement pumps;
• Proven experience working with all types of fixed plant piping, valves, and laser alignment;
• Previous Autoclave experience (desirable);
• Experience working with area permit systems; safe work instructions and hazard identification;
• Strong communication skills & excellent trouble shooting and problem solving abilities.
