About the role 

We are looking for women who have experience in mining or another heavy industry to join our operations and maintenance teams at our sites across the Pilbara. Whether you’re new to your profession or experienced in your field, and whatever industry you have exposure to, we have opportunities that will provide interesting work and growth opportunities for everyone.

You’ll be part of a friendly team, supported by your Supervisor to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll be on a 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life. You can commute to site directly from Perth, Busselton, Albany, Geraldton or Broome so you can grow your career while continuing to enjoy the lifestyle you choose. If you don’t currently reside in Western Australia, we’ll provide full relocation so you can enjoy the incredible lifestyle. 

You’ll stay on site for the duration of your roster with your own room equipped with TV and ensuite, the mess offers extensive menu options to suit most dietary requirements and there a wide range of activities to keep you entertained after your shift such as group gym classes, yoga and swimming pool.

In the Fixed Plant Operator role you will operate, carry out routine inspections and maintain the condition of the dry/wet plants, whilst carrying out basic fault finding and diagnostic duties, you will demonstrate commitment to safety daily and work individually as well as in a supportive team environment and contribute to daily targets.
