About the role 

We are looking for women who have experience in mining or another heavy industry to join our operations and maintenance teams at our sites across the Pilbara. Whether you’re new to your profession or experienced in your field, and whatever industry you have exposure to, we have opportunities that will provide interesting work and growth opportunities for everyone.

You’ll be part of a friendly team, supported by your Supervisor to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. In the Fixed Plant Operator role you will operate, carry out routine inspections and maintain the condition of the dry/wet plants, whilst carrying out basic fault finding and diagnostic duties, you will demonstrate commitment to safety daily and work individually as well as in a supportive team environment and contribute to daily targets.
