Fleet Performance Support Officer

The Position 

We are currently seeking a Fleet Performance Support Officer to join our Brisbane team on a 12 month contract on a full-time basis. Reporting into the Fleet Performance Manager, the successful candidate will be required to perform a broad range of duties include but not limited to the following; 

  • The Fleet Performance Support Officer is responsible for the administration of the early failures and fatigued iron processes
  • Support the claims process against suppliers or vendors.
  • Maintain the Warranty component of AMT work orders
  • Assist with the Digitisation of Service and Mechanical Inspection sheets.

We are looking for 

  • A 'Can Do" attitude 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Excel 
  • Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail, ability to research and produce a high-quality documentation.
  • High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to foster strong working relationships.
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including Computerised Maintenance Management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
