The Telfer Gold Mine is located in the Great Sandy Desert in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and produces copper and gold. Site facilities include a gymnasium, swimming pool and recreational areas.

Macmahon is currently seeking an experienced Fleet Management Systems Technician to join the Telfer Project team. This position will be on a 2:2 roster, FIFO from Perth. The FMS Technician is responsible for daily availability and maintenance of our fleet. 

To be considered for this position you must have:

• Previous experience in a familiar role, preferably in surface mining environment; 
• Relevant Australia recognised trade certificate; 
• Previous experience repairing and maintaining Modular Mining equipment;
• Demonstrated expertise with communications/network infrastructure software;
• Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; 
• Demonstrating commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values; and 
• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
