Position Title: Fuel Reconciliation Officer 

Work Location: Perth. Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

Roster:  5/2 Monday to Friday with adhoc site travel 

Role overview:

This role is responsible for the administrative reconciliation of fuel litres delivered to each site vs invoices received from suppliers within Property Services department 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Championing a weekly reconciliation process and monitoring performance of contractors and FTE’s.
  • Raising purchase orders, invoice reconciliation and SAP processing including verification of the monthly supply of bulk fuels and associated delivery costs. 
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations
  • Assisting the NPI maintenance team with administration tasks, such as organizing meetings, general invoices reconciliation and payment.
  • Work with key stake holders with a view to automating as much of the process as possible.
  • Organizing flights & accommodation for the NPI maintenance department as required and adhoc administration support

Qualification and Experience: 

  • SAP experience
  • Advanced MS Excel required 
  • Demonstrated high ability of written and verbal communication skills. 
  • High level of organisational skills and an ability to meet deadlines whilst managing multiple functions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within cost control systems.
  • High level of commitment to the provision of quality  customer service
