Full Stack Developer

We are currently seeking applications from experienced individuals to fill the positions of 2 Full Stack Developers to join our Information Systems team. You will be involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle.

With over 5,500 employees, the Byrnecut Group is a full-service underground mining contractor, providing services to major mine owners throughout Australia and Internationally. We operate a multi-million dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions.

Duties 

• Develop new Web applications using Microsoft technologies
• Contribute to analysis, design, and development of web-based solutions
• Develop interfaces between existing and new applications
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Facilitate and manage knowledge sharing
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders including software developers, systems architects, etc. in an agile environment
• Convert our existing application from ASP.NET into .Net Core
• Produce and maintain quality code to company standards
• Develop and deploy new features, bug fixes, and system improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Full Stack developer (front and back end)
• Strong Net Core and C# development skills
• Software testing (Unit, System, Integration, Functional, Performance)
• Strong OO software design and development skills
• Experience with MVC, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience with Dev Express or similar controls
• Strong knowledge of relational database design principles
• Strong experience using MS SQL Server
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude
• A commitment to delivering high quality, bug-free applications
• Experience with Azure Cloud development
• Experience with Android Mobile app development
• Experience with Power BI, SSRS and Power Apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• National Police Clearance
• Full working rights in Australia
