Geology Manager

Silver Lake Resources

Posted on:  20th Oct 2022

Deflector and Rothsay are both narrow-vein underground mines located in the mid-west region of Western Australia. The Deflector deposit is made up of numerous structurally-controlled lodes hosting Gold and Copper mineralisation. With expansion in late 2020 to create a second decline to access the high-grade south-west ore zone, there is significant opportunity to make your mark on this high-margin operation. Rothsay mine commenced in August 2020 with the first ore treated at the Deflector processing plant in June 2021. The Rothsay deposit is made up of shear-hosted quartz veins with extraction utilising narrow-vein mining techniques.
