Barminco has successfully tendered for the exciting Bellevue Gold Project located approximately 40km north-east of Leinster in Western Australia’s Northern Goldfields region. Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia’s highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in 2024 and positioned for significant long-term growth.
This major underground operation combines industry-leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than 80% of the site’s power requirements through renewable energy sources.
About the Role
As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated Underground Grader Operator to join the team on a full-time basis, working a 7/7 or 14/14 FIFO roster. These roles are integral to delivering safe, productive and efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.
Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

Operate an underground grader to maintain safe, smooth, and well-drained haul roads

Shape and repair road surfaces to support heavy underground mining equipment

Identify and report ground, road, and safety hazards

Conduct pre-start checks

Work in accordance with underground safety, ventilation, and site procedures

Support efficient traffic flow and safe underground operations
Our Ideal Candidate Background Includes:

Previous experience as a Grader Operator (underground experience is preferred)

Relevant operating tickets and licences

Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)
