Graduate Program 

• Our Graduate program is tailored to provide you with a unique learning opportunity that will help you develop all the foundational skills to set you up for your future career at South32.  
• When you join the South32 Graduate Program you will: 
• Receive a personalised graduate passport to guide your development pathway over 2 or 3 years depending on your discipline 
• Your unique career pathway will include rotations to build your technical and professional skills  
• Lead an improvement initiative which has genuine business impact 
• Participate in a 3-day residential experience with graduates from across our global operations 
• Receive dedicated support from graduate buddies and senior leaders
