Boddington Bauxite Mine (BBM)

Our Boddington Bauxite Mine is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour). Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches, and world-famous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night.  

Graduate Program 

Our Graduate program is tailored to provide you with a unique learning opportunity that will help you develop all the foundational skills to set you up for your future career at South32.  

When you join the South32 Graduate Program you will: 

• Receive a personalised graduate passport to guide your development pathway over 2 years 
• Your unique career pathway will include rotations to build your technical and professional skills  
• Lead an improvement initiative which has genuine business impact 
• Participate in a 3-day residential experience with graduates from across our global operations 
• Receive dedicated support from graduate buddies and senior leaders
