About Worsley   

This role will be based at our Worsley Alumina Refinery which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.  

As there is no accommodation on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out on a daily basis. Employees ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie.  

Graduate Program 

Our Graduate program is tailored to provide you with a unique learning opportunity that will help you develop all the foundational skills to set you up for your future career at South32.  

When you join the South32 Graduate Program you will: 

• Receive a personalised graduate passport to guide your development pathway over 2 years 
• Your unique career pathway will include rotations to build your technical and professional skills  
• Lead an improvement initiative which has genuine business impact 
• Participate in a 3-day residential experience with graduates from across our global operations 
• Receive dedicated support from graduate buddies and senior leaders
