2026–2027 Graduate Program

Vault Minerals will provide graduates with the opportunity to gain diverse experience in a supportive and flexible environment. You'll receive guidance to ensure all aspects of your development and learning are addressed. With hands-on practical work as well as exposure to technical projects, you will complete the program as a well-rounded and confident professional.

Our Graduate Program will be offered to students or graduates across our Western Australian operations: Darlot, King of the Hills, Mount Monger, Deflector, and Rothsay.

We are now accepting applications from students and graduates who will be completing their studies in the mid‑year and end‑of‑year intakes in the following areas:

Mining Engineering

Geology Metallurgy

Surveying

Environmental

Geotechnical Engineering

About You:

• Students who exhibit enthusiasm for learning and for applying their theoretical knowledge within a professional, hands‑on setting.
• Eligible to commence the program in either the mid‑year or end‑of‑year intake.
• Full working rights within Australia or a relevant Visa
• Recently completed studies in one of the disciplines listed above.
• Hold a WA Driver’s License (manual C Class)
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
