LOCATION
You will be based at our global head office in the heart of Perth’s CBD, which houses key functions including HR, Finance, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Group Risk and Technical.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, and as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, you will actively contribute to the delivery of the business strategy and support the design and deployment of the HR strategy. You will be a strategic advisor to executive and senior management, addressing critical organisational issues.
This role leads a diverse portfolio of corporate services team including Global Functions Business Partnership, HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Workplace Relations and Integration and Separation.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Driving the performance of the HR Services hubs to be effective and efficient in the delivery of HR support globally
- Delivery of the full suite of HR activities for Global Functions
- Ensuring the delivery of Talent Acquisition activity across Australian operations and Global Functions
- Supporting the execution of activities associated with the ongoing optimisation of our portfolio
- Ensuring the consistent application and delivery of global mobility activities.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience partnering with executive and C-Suite stakeholders within a large, complex and global business. With a proven track record of successful coaching and global business partnering, you will be confident in your approach to influence and deliver against the functional business plan in line with the organisation’s operating model.
In addition to this, you will also have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience managing global HR shared services activities
- Relevant experience in IR/ER and HR Business Partnering.
