About the Role Mt Arthur Coal are currently seeking experienced Haul Truck Production Operators to join our high performing team. Located in the lifestyle friendly Hunter Valley region, this great residential location provides the perfect balance for family and for people who want to be able to work and stay in their own property each night working a four panel roster. The roster is an even time roster on a rotating 2/3 lifestyle panel, allowing flexibility throughout the week to complete daily activities if needed. BHP has a strong exciting future transitioning a large scale operation to closure. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a supportive work environment with great culture, loves to be around the largest equipment in a great operation and of course enjoys a challenge.

About you As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Keen to learn and a willingness for self-improvement
  • Able to work to deadlines and remain effective under pressure
  • Effective listener and have well developed interpersonal skills
  • Minimum C class Driver's Licence

Experience operating the following equipment groups is highly regarded:

  • Trucks - CAT 789, 793, Liebherr T282
  • Watercarts - CAT 777
