HD Fitter

Join the Deflector team as an EXPERIENCED Underground HD Fitter and be responsible for daily service and repairs to the underground vehicle fleet in order to maintain the safety and reliability standards according to the manufacturer’s specifications and requirements.

About you
•    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a mine site environment
•    Australian recognised Trade Certificate
•    Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earth moving equipment underground 
•    Diagnosing fault finding on mechanical systems
•    Maintain maintenance data on a daily basis
•    Current C Class Drivers Licence

•    Jumbo; Sandvik DD421 & Sandvik DL321
•    Bogger; Sandvik 517 & Cat 2900
•    Tele-Remote Bogger; Sandvik 514 & 3074 (remotes)
•    Long Hole Drills; Sadvik DL431 & Sandvik DL331
•    Loaders; Volvo IT’s – L60 to L120
•    Trucks; Epiroc 6020, MT54, MT65
