HD Fitter - MCORS 8/6 Days only

Emeco Group in conjunction with our subsidiary company Force Equipment, have formed our own Field Service unit to provide highly technical support to our Surface and Underground projects along with our various workshops throughout WA.

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will travel to client locations to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for Force by Emeco. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently.

The Role

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Caterpillar fleets
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Provide in depth service reports
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and logs.
• Coordinate with the service team to manage workloads and breakdowns across the Pilbara
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.

About you

• Australian recognised trade certificate
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
• Extensive Mine site exposure and experience completing break down works, troubleshooting & diagnostics, general servicing and component change outs across a variety of surface and Underground MEM CAT equipment.
• Current 'C' class drivers license.
• National Police Clearance
