Job Responsibilities

Macmahon Maintenance Masters provides maintenance labour support to Macmahon’s surface and underground mining operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople who can provide immediate technical support to any Macmahon operation as required.

About the Role: Currently seeking experienced Digger Fitters to join our internal labour support division on 2:1 FIFO rosters for our surface mining operations, immediate starts available.

Skills & Requirements

• Relevant Trade Certificate
• Full Australian Drivers License
• National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to Pass a Pre-employment medical
• Proven experience with CAT 6040 – 6060, Hitachi 2500 – 5500
• Understand the important of digger availability to limit downtime
• Experience in major component changes/shutdown maintenance
• Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting/interpretive skills
• Previous experience in the mining industry
