As the AI Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of AI technologies and enabling business transformation across our organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI implementation, develop AI strategies, and lead the execution of AI projects. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technology and business, translating complex AI concepts into tangible value propositions and driving the adoption of AI solutions across various business functions and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assess, prioritise, and execute strategic AI opportunities to unlock business value.
• Establish organisational enablers to underpin AI transformation (platforms, data, talent, ways of work).
• Lead the AI team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to foster innovation and excellence.
• Define and execute AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired business outcomes.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on AI best practices, emerging trends, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess AI readiness, identify skill gaps, and develop training programs to enhance AI literacy within the organization.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners, vendors, and experts in the AI field to stay abreast of advancements and potential collaborations.
• Monitor and measure the impact of AI initiatives, tracking key performance indicators and reporting on the return on investment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, data science, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience driving business transformation through the adoption of AI technologies to deliver value.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and align AI initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Familiarity with a wide range of AI applications, including machine learning, natural language processing, robotic process automation, computer vision, etc.
• Experience in identifying AI use cases, assessing feasibility, and developing business cases.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering AI projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively convey the value of AI to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations and governance frameworks related to AI implementation.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to AI (e.g., healthcare, finance, privacy).
• Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
