Health & Safety Systems Support Advisor 

Work Location: Perth

Roster: Monday to Friday

The Health & Safety Systems Support Advisor shall be responsible for the administration of the global FFI H&S team functions.  As well as the day-to-day support for the systems utilised by FFI and for the administrative requirements of the global FFI Health & safety management system. This role would be ideal for someone who wants to enter a career in Health and Safety and can offer career growth for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking and monitoring the department’s budgets and spend
  • Overseeing department movements and administrative requirements
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to the team
  • Support departmental document control and management functions
  • Maintain and design the FFI Health & Safety team’s SharePoint pages
  • Provide training and support in the utilisation of the Health & Safety software
  • Produce reports and manage  Health & Safety databases
  • Support the team in document writing
  • Manage the administration requirements of the FFI Incident and Emergency Management system
  • Ensure the maintenance of H&S legal obligation registers
  • Ensure FFI’s health & safety reporting requirements are being complied with

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Prior experience in the administration of Health & Safety management systems
  • Experience specifically in the administration of event & action management software systems 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years of recent experience in the administration and co-ordination of a  Health & Safety team
  • Experience in the administration of health & safety legal obligation registers would be considered an advantage
