Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the HST Superintendent, the role will require you to:

Provide technical expertise, advice and coaching in all matters relating to Health, Safety and Training in line with the company’s health safety management system, training framework and relevant legislation.

Assist with the development and implementation of training packages, coordinate all site training initiatives, maintaining training and competency records and assist with induction management.

Facilitate and support site assurance and audit activities inclusive of site and contractor’s health and safety management systems

Assist with injury management and rehabilitation for injured personnel.

Complete and forward notifications of health and safety matters to the relevant governing bodies.
Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS/Training
- Experience in return to work coordination.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite.
Desired Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
