Heavy Diesel Fitter

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanics to join our MCORS projects team based on an 8:6 roster FIFO ex Perth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing post rebuild commissioning on CAT machinery.
• Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with company guidelines and within time and cost targets.
• Working with Force customers to meet company objectives and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults, including use of OEM diagnostic systems.

Required skills/experience and attributes:

• Strong focus on Safety and Quality
• Competent with CAT SIS and ET
• Highly safety contentious.
• Driven and capable of working alone and as part of a team. 
• Sound troubleshooting skills and diagnostics in all aspects.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• High Risk Licence – Forklift
• Heavy Duty Mechanical Trade Certificate; and
• Experience with CAT mobile mining equipment.
