The Offer:

  • Full-Time Positions: Starting from $71 per hour (based on experience) + superannuation
  • Casual Contracts: Available from $80 per hour + superannuation
  • Vehicle Allowance (DIDO only): $30K per annum, paid fortnightly—call for more details on this attractive incentive
  • Superannuation: Paid on all hours worked
  • 7/7 Rotating Roster: Minimum 12-hour shifts | Camp & meals provided
  • 190 Hours of Paid Annual Leave
  • Paid Travel Time | Fortnightly Pay Cycle
  • $4K Sign-On Bonus | $5K Refer-a-Mate Bonus

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Upkeep and Service: Of our rental fleet, including D11 Dozers, 16M & 24M Graders, Fleet of 773 to 793 Trucks, 400T & 600T Excavators, and more.
  • Utilise Your Skills: For breakdowns, planned maintenance, and servicing of the Emeco rental fleet.
  • Ensure Maintenance Repairs: Are performed according to company guidelines and within cost targets.
  • Collaborate: With Emeco/Force customers to meet company objectives.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Unrestricted Rights to Work in Australia (mandatory)
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel or Mobile Plant)
  • Mine Site Exposure
  • Experience with Large Heavy Plant Equipment: Including breakdown works, troubleshooting, diagnostics, general servicing, and component change-outs.
  • Coal Mining Safety Awareness
  • Current Australian Driver’s License (mandatory)
  • Working at Heights, EWP and Forklift Tickets (highly regarded)
  • Standard 11 and Ability to Pass a Coal Board Medical
