About the Role
Working in the Mechanical Maintenance Workshop, you will be responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance of all Trucks by running diagnostic testing and servicing diesel engine vehicles. Your duties will include oil changes, testing engine safety, part upgrades, troubleshooting breakdowns, peforming preventative maintenance and repairing faults. Team members are expected to demonstrate focus on safety, achievement and team engagement in all aspects of their work. Opportunities to step up in a supervisory capacity and working with a friendly and engaging crew.

About You
- Trade Qualified Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter (Australian recognised)
- Previous experience repairing and maintaining Cat 777, 785, and 793 mechanical dump trucks, service trucks and water carts.
- Previous history working in a mining environment as an HD Fitter
- Equipment manufacturer experience highly regarded
- Hydraulic fault finding experience would be advantageous
- A current C Class manual Driver’s Licence
- Dogging, Rigging and Forklift Licenses are desirable but not essential
