This is proper hands-on field service - no fluff.

We’re building a solid, long-term crew working across the Southwest, Goldfields and Pilbara. Plenty of consistent work, good leadership behind you, and roster options that actually let you plan your life - not just your next swing.

You won’t be standing around or playing offsider. You’ll be on the tools - fault-finding, diagnosing, fixing gear and keeping machines moving where it counts. You’ll be trusted to get on with it, and your skills and judgement will matter every single shift.

• Earn up to $90/hr (based on experience)

• Paid up to 14 hours per shift

• Working closely with clients to keep fleets operating safely and efficiently

• Collaborating with site teams, customers and key stakeholders daily

• Providing hands-on expertise across CAT and Hitachi heavy equipment

• Identifying issues, troubleshooting and ensuring high-quality outcomes under tight timeframes

This is a high-impact role where your experience and communication skills matter just as much as your trade ability.

• Australian-recognised HD Trade Certificate

• Unrestricted Australian work rights

• Current C Class driver’s licence

• Proven Field Service experience on heavy earthmoving equipment

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Solid understanding of maintenance and reliability principles

• Experience troubleshooting electrical and wiring systems on heavy equipment

• A practical, solution-focused team player who gets stuck in

Successful candidate's will be required to complete a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening) and provide a current National Police Check.
