Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanic - Field Service

Force Field Service is expanding and launching a new shutdown team in the Pilbara and we’re on the lookout for talented Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanics ready for their next challenge.

This role provides an opportunity to grow within your career and become part of a specialised team who mobilise to site to complete major works on a varied fleet of heavy mobile plant mining equipment!

What your day looks like

• Provide specialist support in a shutdown environment
• Collaboration and support provided to clients and fleets
• Working with customers and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis

What we’ll need from you

• Two years post-trade experience working with heavy earthmoving equipment, specifically CAT 793F haul trucks.
• Previous experience working on a tier 1 iron ore mine 
• Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification
• High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
• Strong analytical mindset and solution focused attitude
• Hold a current Australian Driver's License, High risk licence (is preferable)
