Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanic (Workshop)

Force has an exciting opportunity for experienced Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanics to join our amazing Port Hedland Workshop.

Work an 8:6 local roster and have more time off doing the things you love!!!

Key responsibilities include:

• Ongoing maintenance and service of the Force fleet of heavy earthmoving machines.
• Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with company guidelines and within time and cost targets.
• Working with Force customers to meet company objectives and deadlines.

Required skills/experience & attributes:

• Experienced trade qualified HD Mechanic
• A strong commitment to safety.
• Current (and valid) Australian Driver’s license.
• Strong analytical skills with solutions focus.
• Current licence to conduct 'High Risk' work with Forklift and EWP (working at heights classifications will be highly regarded)
• Significant post-trade experience with heavy earth moving equipment; namely – CAT 994H, 994K & 993K Wheel Loaders, CAT 789C, 789D & 793F Haul Trucks and CAT D10T, D11T & 854K Dozers.
