Emeco are currently seeking suitably experienced and qualified Heavy Diesel Technicians to work alongside a talented team of HME qualified trades people at Olympic Dam mine site in South Australia various rosters available.

Required skills/experience and attributes:

  • Experienced trade qualified HD Mechanic/Fitter.
  • Significant post-trade experience with heavy earth moving equipment, namely Caterpillar, Hitachi, Komatsu and Liebherr.
  • A strong commitment to safety.
  • The successful candidates will also be required to complete inductions, be medically fit and able to pass a drug and alcohol pre-employment test.
  • Licence to conduct high risk work with forklift, dogging, rigging, crane, elevated work platform and working at heights classifications (would be highly regarded)
