Heavy Diesel Technician - Field Service

The Position 

We are currently seeking to employ Heavy Diesel Technicians to join our Mudgee Field Service team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other experienced trades people and further their career in the mining Industry.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to

  • Ongoing maintenance and service of Emeco Equipment and Machines.
  • Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with Company guidelines and within cost targets.
  • Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required.
  • Working with Emeco customers to meet company objectives.

What we are looking for

  • A strong commitment to safety.
  • Minimum 2 years' post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi.
  • Strong analytical skills with solutions focus.
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Current heavy vehicle Trade Qualification.
  • Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane, and work platform classifications.
