Force is on the hunt for experienced WA Licensed HV Electricians to play a key role in commissioning, diagnostics and maintaining the next generation of electric mining equipment.

We’re building Australia’s first large-scale electric mining support capability and we’re looking for skilled people ready to power the future of mining.

The Equipment:

  • High-voltage battery systems

  • Electric drive haul trucks

  • BEV loaders & support equipment

  • Charging & energy interface systems

  • HV isolation & recovery systems

This is mobile HV mining plant — not fixed infrastructure.

 Your new role:

  • HV isolation & access procedures

  • Diagnostics & fault finding on BEV systems

  • Commissioning & prototype fleet support

  • Incident investigation & reporting

  • Supporting safe integration of HV fleet into mining operations

What you'll need to succeed

  • WA Licensed Electrician

  • HV switching qualifications or willingness to obtain (supported by us)

  • Mining experience preferred (Minimum 2+ years post trade)

  • Strong safety & isolation knowledge

  • Structured and methodical approach

  • Full Australian working rights
